Tsienville is a settlement on Jupiter’s moon Europa, in Arthur C. Clarke’s 3001: The Final Odyssey.[1]

Tsienville was founded by the wreckage of the Tsien spacecraft. Because of the crafts unique parts, it was scrapped and utilized to found the Tsienville settlement. Its location is between the Great Wall monolith and the Sea of Galilee, on Jupiter’s moon Europa. The monolith is so immense, that it acts as a kind of “windbreaker” for Tsienville, during the harsh winds that are instigated by the Sea of Galilee.
